How to use?
How to use?
1. Open the gel pen and twist until the gel comes out. (preferably gel pen down)
2. Apply 1/4 of a tube of gel to the top and bottom of the mouthpiece. So you use a total of half a tube per treatment. (Add just enough so that the gums are not touched)
3. Put the device in your mouth and bite shut, press the start button and wait 14 minutes
4. When the light goes out and the beep sounds, remove the mouthpiece.
5. Rinse mouth with lukewarm water. Remove the mouthpiece from the device and clean it and smile ;)
